We offer workshops and 1-2-1 sessions to get you and your team working at their very best whether you are a small business, or a large employer.
We have over 15 years’ experience managing employee wellbeing and developing effective risk management systems.
No-one knows your business better than you, so we listen to you and your team. We will ask the right questions to tailor the sessions for maximum impact on your workforce wellbeing.
Our team has many years’ experience in the Academic, Voluntary and Private sectors, and we also have access to a large network of Industry contacts who can help us to help you.
Who We Are
Ann Diment MSC, CFIOSH
Ann is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH, and experienced Health & Safety practitioner. A Science graduate, she has held multiple roles as a H&S manager and biological safety advisor in the Academic, Voluntary and Private sectors over the past two decades. She served as a member of the IOSH Professional standards committee, and has chaired and facilitated groups and committees at local and national level, gaining distinguished service awards from her professional body. She is also a member of the Judging panel for the RoSPA Sir George Earl Trophy workplace safety award.
Ann is a member of the IIRSM and the Institute of Safety and Technology in Research (ISTR), and is a ‘Health Risks at Work’ trained provider, with specialist expertise in mental health, equality issues, health promotion, and food hygiene & nutrition. She has extensive experience leading and facilitating groups in her voluntary and professional work, as well as providing consultancy services for private sector clients and Voluntary organisations. Ann is a trained mental health first-aider and Time to Change champion, and has set up Mental Health peer-support teams as well as working with national campaign groups and workplace wellbeing awards.
More recently, Ann qualified as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapist, accredited by EFT International to provide performance coaching and trauma therapy.
A published artist, and writer, Ann has training as an Arts course leader, and has access to an extensive network of creative and wellbeing practitioners.
Ann is committed to promoting ‘sensible risk management’, and enabling clients to find creative, practical solutions to get their business working well by treating their employees as their most important asset.
John is a graduate Zoologist with over twenty years’ experience as an environmental practitioner and consultant. He has facilitated and trained groups in the private, education, and voluntary sectors in a range of practical conservation and environmental subjects, and has been a lecturer at several Land-based colleges across the UK. He has managed residential expeditions and team-building activities with environmental education charities, and in the education setting he has directed nature study and surveying groups. Recent projects have extended his skillset to managing contractor safety in the construction sector.
John is also an award-wining songwriter and professional musician, with event management and production experience.
